The villa was constructed in the year of 1894. In 1938 the building has been purchased by a German named Music, who was a businessman owning a large glass works from Kostrzyn on Odra river.
In the years 1945-1948 the building was used by the Wroclaw methodological institute.
Between 1948 to 2016 the building was used as a youth center.
Since 2016 the building is privately owned. Since then the building was refurbished and renovated. Part of the building has been transformed into apartments.
Building architecture
A unique element of the Liczyrzepa villa is a tower with 7 meters long spire, which is well incorporated into the natural surroundings of the building.
The Liczyrzepa villa a half-timbered house with a half-timbered brick wall on a wooden structure and masquerade roof. In addition the building is decorated with the sculptured roof support elements and rusticated accents along external walls.
