The villa was constructed in the year of 1894. In 1938 the building has been purchased by a German named Music, who was a businessman owning a large glass works from Kostrzyn on Odra river.
In the years 1945-1948 the building was used by the Wroclaw methodological institute. Between 1948 to 2016 the building was used as a youth center. Since 2016 the building is privately owned. Since then the building was refurbished and renovated. Part of the building has been transformed into apartment.
